So life has been busy… Home renovations to mummy duties and my business – personal shopping….

The past few months have been pretty full on with buying and selling luxe…

Also clients requests have increased due to the new fall season collections, I’m not complaining I enjoy what I do and I’m lucky to do what I do for a living .. …

I have also learnt along the way what works for my collection and what does not ….

So here is what I purchased and what I sold / why I decided to sell them…

First up is the Chanel Deauville tote in Denim…. This I thought would work for me but in all honesty the bag was far too big for my frame and lets face it the UK weather is not suitable for this bag…so I said bye bye …

Second was the Hermes Evelyne. An open bag just was not practical in my mind …and if i was to stain the bag by accident I would not use it. I was again restricted to use it due the weather… You will notice this is a reoccurring problem I face with my luxe bags …

Third was the Chanel urban spirit backpack ..this was a show stopper but very high maintenance and a backpack should not be high maintenance and I regretted selling my Mulberry Cara so I sold to replace it with mini Cara in oxblood…

The surprise sale was the Chanel vintage almost 25 years old but lambskin and the vintage hardware was just too formal for me so that went to a knew home too.. In between all this the Gucci Soho disco in red was sold as I learned a bright red bag was not me at all.

So after all that selling I thought about which I regretted selling and the main bags were the following (the bags I wanted to end my collection on this year) :

Louis Vuitton – Speedy b 25 in Damier Ebene – the weatherproof bag ..understated and smart / casual. With a variety of ways it can be worn …it was perfect so I clicked buy and the deal was done … I used this bag for two weeks! That says it all!!!. So after speedyb25 in DE a mono speedyb25 was needed… So that too was added…

Then commenced the search for the Mulberry Cara … After selling the first one I owned in medium … The mini size would be ideal .. I managed to track one down so I was a happy bunny …Cara oxblood mini was back !

Along the way I stopped off in Michael Kors and there in front of me was the perfect cross body bag that had a large main zipped compartment and a back pocket to fit my phone that too made it home with me … πŸ™ˆπŸ›

Then after all that Chanel and Hermes selling … I bit the bullet and added the forever classic medium/ large classic flap in black caviar leather / silver hardware… I chose silver as I knew the gold hardware was far too formal and I’m a casual dresser..so it would be perfect … Also two months ago a Reissue 225 aka the small was added, as it was the only Chanel flap bag that actually went cross body and which could carry a decent amount of items inside….

Below are the pics of the new additions …

I hope you enjoyed this post …
